The Bailiwick are delighted to welcome you to stay at Fox Hollow, our very own cosy two-bedroom cottage tucked away on the very edge of Windsor Great Park, with ancient woodland on your doorstep and The Bailiwick Free House right next door.
It's the sort of place where mornings start slowly, muddy boots are perfectly acceptable and dinner is only a few steps away.
Settle into your own private cottage, head out for a walk through the Great Park, explore Windsor and the surrounding countryside, then come home to good food, good wine and a warm welcome at The Bailiwick.

Fox Hollow is a charming red-brick cottage dating back to the reign of Henry VIII, brought into the modern day without losing the character that makes it special.
Inside, you'll find two beautifully designed bedrooms, a generous open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous bathroom and a private enclosed garden.
We've kept the feel relaxed and homely, with natural colours, original character, thoughtful details and plenty of little touches to make your stay comfortable.
But the real luxury? You're right beside Windsor Great Park and right next door to us.
The Ground Floor
Step through the front door and you're straight into the heart of Fox Hollow.
The open-plan living room flows through into the kitchen and dining area, creating an easy, sociable space for relaxing, cooking and catching up.
There's a comfortable sitting area centred around an electric fireplace, with a separate TV area and sofa bed tucked beyond the staircase.
The kitchen is compact but beautifully equipped, with marble worktops, modern appliances and everything you'll need if you fancy staying in for supper.
The dining table seats four and sits beside the Crittall-style French doors, looking out onto your private garden.
There's also a handy downstairs loo.
After a day exploring the Great Park, this is the perfect place to kick off your boots, pour yourself a drink and settle in.
The Master Bedroom
Upstairs you'll find the main bedroom — a peaceful little retreat after a day of exploring.
Fresh white linen, a beautiful rattan headboard and statement wisteria wallpaper give the room its character, while the views towards the surrounding woodland provide a lovely reminder of where you are.
Wake up, open the curtains and let the Great Park do the rest.

The Second Bedroom
Follow the staircase upwards and you'll discover the second bedroom tucked into the eaves of the cottage.
With its soft sage-green walls and cosy alcove bed, it's a lovely little hideaway with views towards the ancient oak trees outside.
There's also a hidden reading nook on the stairs, with a roll-out single bed available if needed.
It's a cottage with plenty of character — and a few surprises along the way.
The Bathroom
Take your time... The family bathroom is anything but ordinary.
With its soft peach-pink walls, generous pear-shaped bath and marble-lined rainfall shower, it's made for long soaks after muddy walks and lazy mornings when there's nowhere else you need to be.

The Bailiwick is a classic country pub sitting on the gates of Windsor Great Park, serving seasonal food, carefully chosen drinks and a warm welcome to locals, visitors, walkers and hungry explorers.
Our kitchen celebrates the very best of the local larder, working with trusted suppliers and making the most of what each season brings.
Game is particularly close to our hearts, with our relationship with the Windsor Great Park gamekeeper giving us access to exceptional local produce throughout the year.
So after a day exploring, you don't need to get in the car and go looking for somewhere good to eat.
Just wander next door. Pull up a chair. Order something delicious. And let us take care of the rest.

Please Note:
The Bar Menu is available for lunch from Wednesday to Saturday.
The À La Carte Menu is available for lunch on Friday and Saturday, and for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday.
On Sundays, we serve our Sunday Roast Menu only.
At the time of booking please make us aware if you have any dietary requirements, mobility needs or if you're bringing a four-legged friend.
We do not have designated parking, but there are spaces available within a short walk, or further if you wish to build up a thirst.
