3. Access To Our Website
Access to our Site is on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the website at any time.
Where you are provided with or are allowed to choose a user ID, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures you must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party.
4. Information About You & Your Visits To Our Site
We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to such processing and you warrant that all information that you provide is accurate.

Our Site may from time to time contain links to various sites and other resources provided by third parties. These links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may be suffered by you in connection with your use of them.
You may link to the Site’s homepage, provided that you comply with any conditions we may require in respect of the link to your website. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
7. Our booking terms and conditions
The Bailiwick Free House requires a deposit of £30 per booking for tables of 5 and above. Once a booking has been placed you will be sent a message via SMS or email to a payment link where you will be required to pay for the deposit . If the deposit is not paid for within 24hours of making the reservation, it will be automatically cancelled. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your reservation. If you would like to cancel your booking this must be done no later than 24 hours prior your reservation. If you do not cancel your reservation prior to 24 hours before your booking, the deposit will not be reimbursed., if you choose to cancel within 24 hours.
Tables for up to 2 guests will be guaranteed for 1 hours and 45 minutes from time of booking, tables of 3 for 2 hours from time of booking, tables of 4-5 for 2 hours 30 minutes from time of booking and any table 6 or larger for 3 hours from time of booking. We may require your table back after this time.
