

Reservations Policy
Reservations at The Bailiwick Free House can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For larger parties of six or more guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations, though no charge will be made prior to your visit. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking—or 48 hours for tables of six or more—along with partially unhonoured bookings or no-shows, will incur a £25 per person fee.
All reservations require confirmation. You will receive either an email or phone confirmation at the time of booking, and we ask that you notify us immediately if any changes need to be made. On the day of your reservation, we hold your table for 15 minutes past your reserved time. After this period, your table may be released to other guests.
Please be aware that we do not have on-site parking, and the parking opposite the venue is for residents only. We recommend allowing extra time to find parking, as cancellations due to parking difficulties cannot be accepted. Guests with limited mobility may be dropped off at the door before parking.
If you have dietary restrictions or special seating requests, please note these at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, requests are subject to availability. For parties of 15 or more, we ask that you contact us directly to discuss arrangements and deposit requirements.
Walk-ins are always welcome; however, availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak hours.
